She was successful in doing that and Travis came to the house at 2:30 and did an assessment. He was very empathetic as well and what I thought was a leak in the flashing was actually a burst pipe. He recommended a plumber and my broken pipe is now fixed. The deep freeze the last 2 weeks did not help.This review is for their customer service, for Brianna to dispatch a same day tech, for Travis to come out and they were nice enough not to charge me for a service call.
