In order to keep your roof in tip-top condition and avoid costly repairs, it’s important to invest in regular maintenance. That’s why we created a Residential Roofing Maintenance Program to provide the peace of mind that comes with knowing your roof and gutters are in good condition.
Our “Residential Roofing Maintenance Program” or (RRMP) includes routine inspections and maintenance services to ensure the longevity and durability of your roof and gutter system. The specific services included in the maintenance program include:
1. Annual or bi-annual roof inspections to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear.
2. Basic roof cleaning to sweep or blow away any debris, dirt, or other substances that could damage the roof.
3. Gutter cleaning and sealing to prevent clogs and water damage.
4. Minor repairs to fix any small issues before they become major problems.
5. Sealing or resealing areas where leaks could occur.
The cost of our maintenance program varies depending on the size and complexity of your roof, as well as the specific services included in the program. The charge is either an annual or bi-annual fee. On average, you can expect to pay anywhere from $250 to $500, plus tax, per year, for a basic maintenance program, with more comprehensive programs costing more.

Recently we needed the satellite dish moved. I contacted Green Collar and they said not to worry that they would be there the same day as the repair tech. All I had to do is alert them when they were here. A member of Green Collar’s team not only replaced the shingles but double checked the mount and the entire roof.We were very happy with the work Green Collard did. Our house and garage were done in two days! They were prompt, worked hard, respected our property and they cleaned up making sure as many of the roofing nails were picked up.
Dave and his crew are very professional, they put a new roof on the church where I am Maintenance Supervisor and did it a t a reasonable cost. The crew was very efficient and did the job in 2 days and actually stayed late to finish on the second day due to impending rain the next day. Upon completion the property was left spotless . From beginning to end the service of work provided was excellent. Our renovation included insulation and siding installation, roof replacement , Window replacement and gutters installed. A sliding door replacement and front door replacement was completed as well along with a platform and stairs descending from the slider. The attention to detail and pride in their work was evident daily. This was accomplished in a week and the clean up was great.Everything was clear with details from Jeff and Travis. I am so Happy I chose Green Collar to fix my Fascia on the peak of my roof and to fix the siding by my garage doors. Travis who oversees the jobs was so communicative. I have had several not so good experiences with contractors, so I’m happy that this project went so smoothly While Green Collar was not the cheapest estimate, it was overall a good value. The installers were on time ( a big deal for me) reliable, professional and friendly. Allison, the office manager, was lovely.Maybe the only thing I can criticize is that while I know there were supply chain issues, I would have appreciated a little updating; I gave a deposit in September and heard nothing about a start date until I texted the question in December.But I still would highly recommend this company. I absolutely love the end product.
Had a great experience with Green Collar. We just bought a house in Kingston knowing it would need a new roof. I got quotes from 3 local companies and they all came in pretty close to each other price-wise, but I went with my gut based on the interactions with each. Mike was knowledgeable, direct, and able to explain things to someone like me who doesn't know the first thing about roofing. No sales vibes at all. He was super responsive throughout the process, and they got me on the calendar quickly as soon as the materials came in. The crew knocked out a tough job (we have a really steep roof!) in 2 days and everything looks great. Highly recommend these guys.
